Walk-n-Roll 2014

We are excited to be part of our first Walk-n-Roll for Spina Bifida, an event put on every year throughout the United States by the Spina Bifida Association (SBA). This year, we are working very closely with the committee to help organize and pull this event together. We are fortunate to have a chapter of the SBA right here in Michigan, in its very very early stages.

We are hoping to get family and friends to join us for the actual walk, on Colten’s team. You do not have to donate to participate. If you would like to donate in some capacity, you can use our team page, above, or our family’s individual pages, below. We are doing most of the fundraising through Colten’s page.

If you would like to help in some other capacity with the event, such as volunteering to help setup/breakdown, run family activities, donate food/goodies to the attendees, or anything else you can think of, please let me know! We are very involved in getting this year’s event up and running and can use any support you want to give!

  2. Katie, since I’d already had my coffee for the day, I ate lunch – including a Sanders hot fudge sundae – while reading this issue……….and have to admit, watching the video once again of him crawling up those stairs still made my toes curl, hoping he wouldn’t fall. These videos are the highlight of your postings ’cause its amazing what that child can do……….and the last pic of him standing in the wagon to reach the chalkboard made me realize how much he’s like the Judd boys, especially his Great-Uncle Ralph. No fear. Thanks for keeping us updated, hope all is well with your entire family. Hugs to all…………….patricia o
